Actuators : All our actuators are custom made to requirements of Arc Systems customers

Assemblies : ARC Systems, Inc. offers Stator and Rotor Assemblies that meet stringent environments. A sub-assembly is a unit assembled separately but designed to fit with other units in a manufactured product. Click on assemblies’ link to see full list.

Blowers : ARC Systems supplies a wide range of custom designed fans and blowers for a wide ranges of applications in many commercial, medical, aerospace, industrial and military applications. All fans supplied by Arc Systems are manufactured in the USA . Blowers are manufactured using induction motors. These motors range from sizes 18(1.75" diameter) to 44(4.38" diameter) these motors are designed using either single phase or three phase induction motors. We offer design to operate at either 60 Hz or 400 Hz.

Fans : ARC's complete line of Fans and Blowers are manufactured using Induction Motors. These motors range from sizes 18 (1.75" diameter) to 44 (4.38" diameter). Fan motors feature an axial fan attached to the rotor of the motor that spins with the motor, providing increased airflow to the system which aids in cooling. These motors are designed using either single phase or three phase induction motors. We offer design to operate at either 60 Hz or 400 Hz.

Gearheads : ARC builds a broad selection of precision gearheads that can either be mounted to our motors or supplied separately. Gearheads increase the output torque proportional to the gear ratio and the speed of the output shaft is reduced by the same ratio. Typical gearhead efficiency is 85% or better. Zero Backlash/Anti Backlash units/gears are available. Many different ratio’s are available from size 8 (0.75" diameter) to size 23 (2.25" diameter.) All gears are treated for long life. Special materials and lubrication is available to meet stringent requirements.

Generators : Generators are devices that convert mechanical energy to electrical energy. Alternating current generating systems were known in simple forms from the discovery of the magnetic induction of electric current. ARC's complete line of A.C. Motor-Tachometer Generators is designed to meet the all industry standards.

Motors : ARC Systems Inc.’s specialty is motors. For a range of industries and highly precise applications, ARC Systems Inc. stocks, customizes and distributes motors of all types.

Stator and Rotor Kits : Rotor and stator components are available as kits. By eliminating housings and end bells, these components can be an integral part of your assembly, saving space and reducing weight. The stator/ rotor kit option eliminates the need for additional bearings. Different rotor materials are available to meet high performance specifications. Class H insulation is offered on all products.
