Induction Motors

Three Phase Motors
Three phase motors are designed with three legs of power. Two lines deliver approximately 100/120 volts (220/240 combined) and the remaining consists of a high voltage line (approximately 190). This eliminates the need for capacitors found on single phase motors. Three phase motors last long and run with greater efficiency since the time between each peak is much shorter, thereby saving operation costs.
Fractional Horsepower Motors
Fractional horsepower motors are divided into small, medium and large, and all are capable of customization. These motors vary by motor type (AC motors or DC motors), speed, number of poles and maximum ratings, and are commonly used in many industries and consumer applications.
